Creda House- About Creda House- Nestled in the heart of Stafford, Creda House stands as an exquisite and expansive residence. Creda house is a 4-bedroom residential home that is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). It caters to young adults aged 18+. Its prime location offers convenient access to a plethora of local amenities, all within walking distance. The seamless connectivity to public transport further enhances the accessibility, allowing residents to effortlessly explore the local community and beyond. At Creda House, we pride ourselves on providing round-the-clock residential care. Our unwavering commitment stems from the belief that every individual deserves an exceptional level of service. To ensure personalized care, each resident is assigned a dedicated care worker who will offer tailored support and guidance throughout the day. Our meticulously planned activities are designed to cater to the unique preferences of each service user, while also presenting them with new opportunities and enriching experiences.
Trinity House- About Trinity House
Trinity House, located in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, is a 4-bedroom residential home that is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). It caters to young people aged 13+ and young adults aged 18+. The home has been meticulously decorated to meet high standards and has been thoughtfully designed with the residents' needs in mind. Conveniently situated less than a mile away from Tunstall town centre and within 5 miles of Hanley City Centre, Trinity House offers easy access to local amenities for its residents. Additionally, the home boasts a spacious and beautiful rear garden that can be utilized for various activities such as barbecues, trampolining, and therapeutic gardening. The staff at Trinity House are highly skilled and possess a minimum of 12 months of experience working with individuals who have diverse neurological needs. The manager of Trinity House brings over 10 years of experience in the care sector and is well-equipped to support residents with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and autism
Hopleys House- About Hopleys House
Hopleys House is a 5-bedroom residence situated in Tamworth. Hopleys House is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). It caters to young people aged 13+ and young adults aged 18+ and recently renovated to a superior standard. Conveniently located just 1 mile from Tamworth town centre, residents can easily access local amenities. The staff at Hopleys House are highly experienced, with a minimum of 12 months working with individuals requiring various levels of care. The manager boasts over a decade of experience in the care sector, specializing in supporting those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia, and autism. The first floor of Hopleys House features three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and showers, each equipped with a kitchenette and spacious living area. On the ground floor, there are two well-appointed single rooms. Additionally, there are two large family bathrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor, all meticulously decorated to a high standard, including a bathtub and a wet room style shower.
